Shopping Information

Do you provide Free Delivery?
Yes, we provide Free Delivery on Orders Rs.3000 if your shipping address is in Mumbai. Otherwise if your shipping address is outside Mumbai then the transportation cost will be charged accordingly and you will be updated through E-mail and WhatsApp.

How long will it take to get my package?
We are very dedicated towards are delivery. It usually takes 3-7 Business working days to deliver your product. If your shipping address is in Mumbai then the order maybe delivered to you as early as possible. However we always keep you updated with your orders.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately no, currently we do not ship our products internationally.

Payment Information

What Payment methods are accepted?
Currently we accept only Pay on Delivery (POD), Google Pay and Paytm. As of now, we do not have any credit card, debit card or Net Banking options available. If you made your payment using Google Pay or Paytm and your transaction was not completed you will get the refund according to their terms and conditions.

I made my payment through Google pay but the transaction is in processing what should I do?
Dear Customer, Do not panic you can write us through email about your transaction along with transaction number detail and our team will get in touch with you through WhatsApp or email. However if your transaction is not successful you need to make a repayment and then your order will be processed.
I mistakenly made a double payment on my order, what should I do now?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Search for a product you wish to buy, then select the Add to Cart option and if you wish to shop more products keeping adding the products in the cart and then click on the cart button on the top right hand side corner and then proceed to check out. Then fill in your details and your product(s) will be delivered.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, you need an account to place the order. This helps us to get in touch with you and solve your problems related to the order.
My Product arrived at the address but I am not available what should I do?
Do not worry, if you already made the payment our agent will leave the product with the neighbour or with the security guard whatever you are comfortable with.
